Board

The Board of F.E.E.D. consists of the president – businessman Peter Schrum; the vice-president – Edith Brasche, a Hamburg management consultant; and the treasurer – business consultant Thies Schrum.

Board members are elected for three years at the general meeting, but stay in post if no other member is elected at the end of their term of office.

The Board is responsible for ensuring that the aims and statutory purposes of the association are implemented.

It reports at least once yearly to the general meeting regarding the carrying out of the association’s activities and the outcomes, and presents further strategic planning.
